World of Warcraft Upgrades
Upgrades are components that can be put in equipment to give bonuses. Upgrades can range from stat boosts and increased proc chances of incredible equip effects to stat boosts.

The upgrade pity system, introduced in conjunction with the 2.6.0 gear rework, lowers the extreme variance in the chance of upgrading. This means that players will have a greater likelihood of receiving the desired item for evolution when spinning a Pokestop or Gym.
You can roll an upgrade again by pressing the green button that is surrounded by arrows. Rerolling only applies to upgrade items that are not currently equipped by any units, but does not apply to the original item from which the upgrade was made.
